- When we are creating IGS (Instagram Story) graphics that promote an article, make sure to leave a space at the bottom of the graphic for a link sticker to be added when postingÂ

Solo:
Solo is just like Linktree, it is a hub for all of the important links for the school. This should be updated weekly/whenever a post needs a link to be posted
- Step-by-step guide:
- Log in and go to the ‘Links & Embeds’ section
- Click ‘+ add new’
- Paste the link and give it a title
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press save
QR Codes: #

Info Boards: #
Info boards are the graphics shown on the TVs around Drexel’s campus to promote University events. These often include a QR code to RSVP for an event and important information about the event (start and end times, location)
- The design for the info boards must be submitted 40+ days prior to the event. These are submitted internally by The Close School after we deliver the design to them.

Copy: #
General Copy Guidelines:
All blog posts need to have an excerpt (1.5 sentences summing up the blog/making the reader want to read more).
- Re-publishing a Professor highlight or publication:
- Header
- Intro copy, summarizing what the publication is about
- A link CTA to the original article

- General articles (written by us):
- These will all have a standard structure
- If there are photos of students, use them throughout the blog and preferably in the header image
