Contractor payments are sent on a bi-weekly basis to all contractors according to hourly agreements.
In general, contractors are paid hourly for all work performed for Argyle. Their hourly rates are set as Cost in their Everhour profiles.
Some contractor payments and project types have certain considerations to keep in mind!
Web Development Projects #
Since these are set as non-billable projects to avoid sending an hourly invoice for the fixed fee web dev project, contractor billable time is not calculated through everhour.
To get a web developer’s total for their hourly work on a web dev project, you’ll need to multiple the total time spent during the period with their cost set in Everhour.
- Web dev hourly bill total = (Total contractor time spent in hours) X (Contractor Hourly Cost)
Bobby Gordon Development and Contractor Expenses #
Argyle has an exclusive agreement with Bobby Gordon, where Argyle pays a fixed-amount for all website development work provided by Bobby Gordon.
Bobby can use other contractors to complete web dev work for Argyle, and in turn, Argyle will subtract the total hourly costs from contractor work from the contract total Argyle is paying to Bobby.
- Bobby Web Development Total = (Agreed upon contract total) – (contractor Web dev hourly bill total)
