- Spelling and Grammar: Proofread for any typos, grammatical errors, and punctuation mistakes. Use a spell checker if available within the tool.
- Spacing and Formatting: Ensure proper line breaks, paragraph spacing, and use of bold/italics (if applicable) for readability. Check for extra spaces or inconsistent formatting.
- Tone and Voice: Confirm the caption aligns with the brand’s voice and tone guidelines. Think, “Does it sound like the other posts?” and “does it sound like something I would read/post on that platform?”
- Call to Action (CTA): If applicable, verify the CTA is clear, concise, and correctly formatted (e.g., “Link in bio,” “Visit our website,” “Shop now”).

- Where Links Go: Different platforms have different link options.
- IG: should not have the link in the caption. Instead, should be directed to find the link in the bio or other known to the audience location. IGS can have the link in the post as a clickable linked CTA.

- Appropriateness: Confirm the selected music is appropriate for the post’s content and target audience.
- Volume: Check the music volume to ensure it’s not too loud or too quiet.
- Copyright: Verify the music is cleared for commercial use or falls under fair use guidelines. Meaning if it is a business account then your music selection is more limited.
- Assets With No Music: Videos that do not have music should have music added to them as posts from in platform selection.

- Double-Check Everything: It’s always better to double-check than to have to correct a mistake after a post has gone live.
