We need to provide clients links to plugins that will improve everyday site operations and functionality. The following is a list of plugins we should provide links for when off-boarding a client from our Agency Servers.

By providing these links to clients, we give them a way to continue keeping there sites fully up to date and secure on their own, and also working well. These are also affiliate links – so Argyle gets a slight kickback when users sign up with our affiliate links!
Elementor PRO #
Why it’s needed: this plugin is used to build the site. Without the PRO subscription, the site will still look the same, but this plugin will be unable to receive updates. This will leave the site less secure, and may eventually lead to breaks if the the plugin becomes too outdated.

Why it’s needed: this plugin is used to add custom post types and queries. It’s used in tandem with Elementor PRO. Without the paid subscription, the site will still look the same, but it this plugin will be unable to receive updates. This will leave the site less secure, and may eventually lead to breaks if the the plugin becomes too outdated.

Why it’s needed: this plugin is used to enable speed optimizations, and provides image optimization features (bulk optimization, and optimization for all new uploads). Without a paid subscription, adjust site settings for speed improvements becomes challenging, and image optimization more time consuming (or may not happen at all if not processed before uploading.) The site will not look different – but it will grow in total file size, and may slow down overtime, if FlyingPress is not added.

OOPSpam #
Why it’s needed: this plugin helps stop spammers from submitting your forms. Without this paid subscriptions, your forms are much more vulnerable to spam. This is particularly important if you collect email subscribers on your site forms. Without this spam protection, spammers can subscribe to your email lists – increasing email marketing costs and negatively impacting sender reputation.
