1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PullIt and PullIt Social, products offered by Argyle Interactive Inc. (“Argyle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using PullIt, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

PullIt is a cloud-connected WordPress plugin that assists users with importing product information, transforming images, generating AI-assisted titles and descriptions, and organizing media and content within WordPress.

PullIt Social allows users to import and host Instagram media content on their own WordPress installations.

Features, integrations, supported retailers, AI outputs, and platform functionality may change at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You may use PullIt only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any subscription at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription & Billing

PullIt is offered as a monthly subscription currently priced at $29.99/month.

PullIt Social is offered as an optional add-on currently priced at $9.99/month.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Customers may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any partially used billing period. Access will remain active through the end of the paid billing cycle.

Failed payments may result in paused or terminated access.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds are provided once a billing cycle has begun.

6. Usage Limits

PullIt currently includes up to 500 imports per month per subscription.

Users exceeding usage limits may be required to contact Argyle Interactive for additional access or review.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to import, reproduce, store, publish, or otherwise use any content processed through PullIt.

PullIt does not grant users any copyright ownership or licensing rights to retailer images, product descriptions, social media content, videos, or other third-party assets.

Users must comply with all applicable retailer, platform, copyright, and intellectual property terms when using PullIt or PullIt Social.

8. PullIt Social

PullIt Social allows users to download and host Instagram media content on their own WordPress hosting environment.

Users may only use this functionality for content they own or otherwise have legal permission to reproduce or publish.

Argyle Interactive is not responsible for user-uploaded or user-imported media.

9. AI-Generated Content

PullIt may use artificial intelligence tools to generate titles, descriptions, categorizations, or image transformations.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unintended results.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content prior to publication or commercial use.

10. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute PullIt

• Resell PullIt access without written approval

• Share access across multiple organizations

• Use PullIt for illegal activity, spam, scraping abuse, or affiliate fraud

• Use PullIt in violation of copyright, platform, or retailer terms

• Attempt to disrupt or overload PullIt infrastructure

11. Client Work & Resale

PullIt subscriptions are intended for use on the subscriber’s own websites only.

Agencies, freelancers, or businesses interested in offering PullIt to clients should contact inquiry@argyle.in for partnership or licensing inquiries.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, compatibility, availability, or support for any retailer, platform, integration, or feature.

Retailer or platform updates may break functionality at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PullIt or any feature without liability.

13. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Argyle Interactive reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to PullIt and PullIt Social.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argyle Interactive Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use PullIt.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous one-month billing period.

15. Privacy

Use of PullIt is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
