THE "SITCH"

Cooper Levenson experienced extensive growth and change over the last 60 years. The firm was interested in increasing outreach, online impressions, and leads to continue its upward trend.

The strategy aimed to achieve three goals:
1. Educate Cooper Levenson attorneys on importance of social media
2. Grow and engage Cooper Levenson social user base to create a lead funnel
3. Establish credibility to increase Cooper Levenson's online reputation

OUR APPROACH

Argyle developed a social media strategy to encourage users within the firm to engage with Cooper Levenson's online audience. In addition, Argyle redeveloped the firm's website and provided a clean, easily-navigable experience. Over time, the site will build credibility, link equity, and establish a "core demographic" of online followers.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Cooper Levenson social accounts was divided between law practices. Argyle managed the firm's page and the family and estate law practice pages. Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages promoted upcoming events and blogs from Cooper Levenson lawyers.

Argyle contracted with a partner to perform date-driven marketing research ad campaigns. We created email lists from target profiles using location, age, and marital status for the family law practice's brand awareness campaign. We directed ads toward this market, which increased the practice's awareness among people who fall into the demographic seeking family law services.

The ad captured attention by emphasizing that Cooper Levenson attorneys are compassionate, trustworthy, and loyal to their clients. The graphics depicted Cooper Levenson as a strong advocate to help people seeking family law services


WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Argyle worked with the Cooper Levenson team to redevelop the website to refresh the look of the existing website, provide editability, and increase conversions.

Custom features included:
- A sleek home page with easy access to the most relevant Cooper Levenson information including latest news, locations, and practice areas
- A practice areas popup on the home page with a quick view of what the area covers
- An easily-navigable, comprehensive team page that includes all attorneys and the ability to list users alphabetically and by office location
- A categorized blog page with recent Cooper Levenson blog articles on the top and the ability to search for articles
